Responsibilities
- Review customer concerns and apply diagnostic expertise to identify the root cause of vehicle issues.
- Perform repairs to restore vehicle performance.
- Confirm that each concern has been properly resolved.
- Complete routine maintenance services.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
