Elderwood at Hamburg is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a Full-Time opportunity to join their growing rehabilitation team. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you'll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Nursing, and Physicians to help residents regain the skills and confidence needed for everyday living. This role is essential in helping residents achieve greater independence and quality of life by assisting with dressing, grooming, mobility, cognition, and meaningful daily activities. The position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, treat residents recovering from illness, injury, surgery, and hospitalization in both sub-acute rehabilitation and long-term care, build meaningful relationships, and continue growing your career through mentorship and professional development.
