About The Position

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing laboratory environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership in daily tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in QA/QC within a biotechnology or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards such as GMP, HACCP, or ISO.
  • Experience with microbiological testing and contamination investigations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical testing on in-process samples and finished products to support product release.
  • Prepare reagents and solutions required for laboratory testing.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
  • Accurately record, analyze, and communicate test results.
  • Apply aseptic techniques and investigate potential contamination sources.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders with quality-related inquiries.
  • Participate in laboratory investigations, problem-solving, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Follow and maintain compliance with standard operating procedures, safety, and hygiene requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards including ISO, HACCP, GMP, Kosher, and Halal.
