Requirements

• 8 years experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in cybersecurity applications.
• Strong understanding of software deployment technologies.
• Very knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Experience with AI-powered security tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of data science principles and their application to security operations.
• Experience with security automation and orchestration platforms.
• Very knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Skillful communication and effective ability to build collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with the deployment of Falcon's AI-powered detection and response capabilities.
• Assisting customers in optimizing AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflows.
• Configuring and tuning machine learning algorithms to reduce false positives while maintaining high detection efficacy.
• Developing and implementing AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations.
• Troubleshooting AI-related customer issues across small to large enterprises.
• Developing scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs to enhance AI capabilities.
• Working closely with customers to interpret AI-generated alerts and findings.
• Leveraging CrowdStrike's AI capabilities to enhance vulnerability prioritization and asset management.
• Assisting customers with integrating Falcon's AI capabilities into their existing security tools and workflows.
• Supporting Incident Response teams with AI-powered threat hunting and forensic analysis.
• Developing and leading AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team.
• Working collaboratively with the Platform Professional Services team to develop customer-facing AI collateral.
