As a Salesforce Consultant with Crowe, you will play a key role on the project team by bridging the gap between business problems and technical solutions for clients. This involves engaging directly with customers to understand their needs, designing custom solutions, and delivering and implementing innovative real-world solutions. You will provide consultative advice regarding industry best practices and create solutions that best meet client needs. Responsibilities include pre-sales scoping support, documenting business, functional, and technical requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to define needs and outline business processes, assisting in solutioning scopes of work, and supporting project implementation and architectural design. You will also assist in creating Solution Design Documentation, build solutions using declarative functionality, complete assigned project actions following Salesforce and Crowe best practices, and aid in project delivery by performing QA, compiling change sets, and building client documentation. As you grow, you will lead smaller projects independently with oversight from a Solution Architect/Sr. Consultant.
