About The Position
The Admin. Patient Care Supervisor has authority, responsibility and accountability for the administration of the entire hospital during 2nd and 3rd shifts, weekends and holidays. Using a great deal of initiative and creativity, the Admin. Patient Care Supervisor is primarily responsible for managing the hospital while serving as a clinical resource for the nursing staff. The incumbent must demonstrate an understanding of and a commitment to quality health care for Women & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree required or proof of academic achievement toward Bachelors degree.
- Current licensure with the State of Rhode Island as an RN.
- Must have and maintains CPR certification.
- NRP ACLS certified within one year of hire date.
Nice To Haves
- Masters Degree preferred
