This role involves working with the Director of Asset Management to maintain and update the company's maintenance programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring they align with ISO standards. The position requires managing key performance indicators for the fleet, monitoring GPS and Telematics, and overseeing the oil sample program. A critical part of the job is ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance within the company's ERP system, as well as regularly reviewing and updating the Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule. The role also includes developing reports on findings and improvements, reviewing DOT compliance for service trucks, and managing title, license plate renewals, and over-the-road insurance cards. The Maintenance Admin will be an expert in the ERP system and maintenance programs, traveling to sites as needed. Additionally, this role supports the sales team with equipment rebuild quotes, ensures completion of OEM training, assists site managers with technician training and certification, and aids in annual asset inspections and corrective actions.
