About The Position

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• 6 + months previous experience in food service preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily café operations in a fast-paced, open-kitchen environment.
• Rotates between salad, sandwich, and homestyle stations.
• Assists with food prep, stocking, service, and general station maintenance.
• Prepares and serves food to the public with a strong focus on quality, presentation, and efficiency.
• Maintains a high standard of sanitation, food safety, and customer service.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
• Follows all safety and portioning guidelines.
• Provides a welcoming, professional experience for guests.
