About The Position

Requirements

• Experience in Accounts Payable
• Skills in using and drilling around in the Accounts Payable IS System module
• Effective communication skills with vendors and other CHS staff
• Ability to establish a fine-tuned rapport between A/P and Materials Management
• Knowledge of federal, state, and company rules and regulations

Responsibilities

• Processing invoices for payment in a timely manner per department's policy and procedures.
• Processing all incoming mail daily.
• Developing skills in using and drilling around in the Accounts Payable IS System module.
• Communicating effectively with vendors and other CHS staff.
• Establishing a fine-tuned rapport between A/P and Materials Management.
• Complying with all federal, state, and company rules and regulations.
