About The Position
This role is a unique opportunity for a mechanically inclined professional to become the hub of field operations for a growing industrial services organization. The position offers a blend of coordinating maintenance schedules and supporting technicians in the field, allowing for the development of valuable technical skills while playing a critical role in daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, mechanically minded, enjoys variety, and seeks to grow into a specialized maintenance career.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and enjoys working with tools and equipment
- Experience working in or around an industrial, manufacturing, or maintenance environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel to customer job sites throughout the region
- Valid driver's license

Responsibilities
- Schedule approximately 30 maintenance and service calls each week across multiple field technicians
- Coordinate technician schedules while balancing customer priorities and emergency requests
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments, timelines, and service updates
- Prepare quotes, work orders, and assist with invoicing
- Ensure technicians have the information and resources needed for successful service calls
- Train alongside experienced technicians performing predictive maintenance and equipment inspections
- Travel to customer facilities throughout the region
- Assist with troubleshooting and evaluating industrial mechanical equipment
- Learn specialized predictive maintenance techniques, including vibration analysis
- Develop into an independent field technician over time
