Talent Development Executive

We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Development Executive to join our team at Easyship. This newly created role will focus on improving the selection and hiring process, as well as ensuring the success of new employees through effective onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a background in Talent Acquisition and People Development, with a degree in Psychology. They will bring a scientific and data-driven approach to recruitment, and will be responsible for developing talent within the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our growing company.

• Improve hiring and selection processes by providing a holistic and scientific based process to improve recruitment.
• Develop a detailed testing methodology to improve the quality of hiring and drive forward a modern approach to selection.
• Partner with new hires to ensure their success over a set period of time.
• Be involved in recruitment training and recruitment best practices.
• Bring a strong psychological and scientific background to provide the business with the best possible people solutions.
• Develop talent within the business.
• Focus on data analysis and delivery of data around recruitment metrics.
