About the position
As a Partnerships Executive with Easyship, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through new and existing partnerships. Your responsibilities will include identifying partnership opportunities, improving the partnership program, building and maintaining relationships with high-value partners, and driving collaborative initiatives. With at least 2+ years of experience in partnerships or business development in the eCommerce or SaaS space, you will be comfortable working with leaders and team members alike. Additionally, your resourcefulness, emotional intelligence, and global experience will contribute to your success in this role. Responsibilities
- Identify new partner and existing partner opportunities
- Take on new projects and initiatives that improve the partnership program
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value partners
- Drive joint initiatives of collaboration with partners
- Grow and expand a partnership program
- Organize and participate in partnership events both in person and remotely
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a similar role in partnerships or business development in the eCommerce or SaaS space
- Comfortable working with leaders and team members
- Resourceful and able to find solutions and get things done
- Emotionally intelligent, empathetic, and personable
- Focused on value creation and collaboration initiatives
- Global experience and ability to communicate effectively with people from different cultures and backgrounds
