About the position
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of the global team across various departments. They will enhance the selection process using data and candidate insights, ensuring that highly skilled individuals are part of the team. The role involves managing the recruitment timeline, defining profiles and responsibilities for specific roles, sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate should have previous sourcing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Manage company-wide recruitment timeline, and meet the defined hiring KPI and objectives
- Work with the Talent Team to define the profiles and scope of responsibilities for specific roles based on immediate organization needs
- Design and implement winning sourcing strategies to fill critical positions
- Write and post job descriptions
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
- Interview candidates using various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
- Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Participate in conferences and meetups to network with professionals
- Onboard new hires
- Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work
- Source candidates via various methods (like participating in events, organizing career days, using databases or social media)
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Keep up-to-date with new trends
- At least 3+ years previous sourcing experience
- Experience working with various teams and hiring for roles including but not limited to; Commercial, Finance, Marketing & Product
- Experience with sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates
- A driven individual with a strong ownership mindset - you can demonstrate effectively owning recruitment processes and projects previously
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems
Requirements
- At least 3+ years previous sourcing experience
- Experience working with various teams and hiring for roles including but not limited to; Commercial, Finance, Marketing & Product
- Experience with sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates
- A driven individual with a strong ownership mindset - you can demonstrate effectively owning recruitment processes and projects previously
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
