About the position
We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. This role is responsible for conducting client research, preparing for and conducting client meetings, managing post-meeting activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client research and prepare for meetings, analyzing the business models, client corporate charts, and linked entities.
- Attend and participate in client meetings, gauge product interest, and pitch potential solutions and deals with clients.
- Manage post-meeting activities, including proposal and email summary compilation, internal process coordination, and opportunity tracking.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of jurisdictional requirements.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities, analyzing client needs and researching industry trends.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed, including relationship management, onboarding new entities or subsidiaries, and updating Salesforce records.
- Report on portfolio performance to management using Quicksight and Salesforce, tracking growth, churn, and other relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to source required client information and develop strategy solutions when challenges arise.
- Participate in team strategy discussions, account delegation, and weekly planning, as well as ongoing training.
Requirements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Salesforce and Quicksight preferred
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in a high-risk industry
- A team player with a proactive approach to relationship management
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in payments, fintech, high-risk industry
- 2+ years of account management experience (in the high risk/crypto/payments/fintech industries)
