Liquidity & Execution Analyst

This role is for a Liquidity & Execution Analyst at BVNK, a next-generation payments platform for global businesses. The analyst will be responsible for executing trades (FX & crypto) for BVNK's corporate clients, following the firm's trading and risk management procedures. They will also provide market information to clients and support trading activities. The candidate should be willing to work shifts and occasional weekend shifts due to the 24/7 nature of the crypto market. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is required, and previous experience as an FX broker/trader/treasurer is advantageous.

• Identify and analyze trading opportunities across core African markets, including arbitrage, new verticals, and new partnerships.
• Execute orders for clients, accurately booking and reconciling in the system on the day.
• Review and assist the team in implementing general and administrative issues relevant to the desk.
• Observe the firm's trading and risk management procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with the team and assist in resolving any settlement problems.
• Monitor all daily electronic trading activity via several chat applications.
• Ensure client general satisfaction and proactively seek to grow volumes with existing clients.
• Assist in general administrative activity for the team, including account opening, AML/KYC investigations, and account maintenance.
• Work shifts outside of normal 08:00-17:00 hours and occasional weekend shifts due to the 24/7 nature of the crypto market.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, and/or related field.
• 1-3 years previous experience as an FX broker/trader/treasurer will be advantageous.
• Interest in and knowledge of cryptocurrencies.
