About the position
This role is for a People Partner at BVNK, a next-generation payments platform. As a People Partner, you will be responsible for building and implementing policies and procedures, supporting employee onboarding and offboarding, and driving People initiatives such as performance management, learning and development, culture and engagement, and compensation reviews. You will also work closely with managers on capacity planning, organizational design, and hiring strategy. Additionally, you will provide strategic advice and coaching to managers and ensure compliance with local employment laws.
Responsibilities
- Build, implement and maintain policies and procedures across the business.
- Support with employee onboarding from contract creation through to the end of their probation period.
- Manage the offboarding process with managers.
- Support with People initiatives such as performance management, learning and development, culture and engagement, and compensation reviews.
- Work with Managers on capacity planning, organizational design, and shaping their people and hiring strategy.
- Provide strategic advice and coaching to managers across the business and build tools based on needs.
- Advise on employee relations issues, complying with local employment law across various countries.
- Review employee benefits and implement new benefits as required.
