Partenaire commercial des finances (Finance Business Parter)

The job overview for this position is that the Finance Business Partner will assist budget holders and executives in planning and reporting. They will be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, as well as end-of-period functions and business analysis. The Finance Business Partner will also support budgeting for new and existing projects and create financial reports for key stakeholders. Strong internal and external relationship-building skills are required, as well as collaboration with other finance team members and executives.

• Act as a resource for budget holders and executives
• Assist senior executives in budget compliance, including reviewing their department's finances, creating tools and reports to help them better manage their services, and performing other ad hoc tasks
• Improve operational budgeting models for services
• Enhance reporting efficiency in the Workday Adaptive Planning platform
• Assist in preparing and improving reports and presentations for the board of directors and senior executives
• Create ad hoc reports for company stakeholders
• Document and update procedures for technical knowledge and recurring work
• Assist in responding to audit requests
• Perform various other finance-related tasks
• Prepare and analyze monthly reports, including revenue and margin analysis, management records, communication records, and service/company IRCs within specified deadlines
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast records in collaboration with management
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, commerce, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in budgeting and financial modeling
• Strong financial analysis skills and a penchant for critical thinking
• Ability to effectively apply accounting knowledge
• Ability to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines for reports and other deliverables
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet deadlines and objectives
• Strong organizational and task prioritization skills
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Desirable to have previous experience working with senior executives in a business partner or similar role
• Additional degree or accreditation (Master's, CPA, Certified Financial Analyst, etc.)
• Previous experience with NetSuite
• Previous experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
• Previous professional experience in a relevant role within a SaaS company

• Baccalauréat en comptabilité, affaires, commerce ou dans un domaine connexe
• 2+ ans d'expérience en matière de budgétisation et de modélisation financière
• Solides compétences en matière d’analyse financière et penchant pour la pensée critique
• Capacité à appliquer efficacement les connaissances comptables
• Capacité à travailler sur des projets multiples, tout en respectant les délais fixés pour les rapports et autres produits livrables
• Esprit d’équipe avéré et capacité à collaborer dans un environnement en évolution rapide
• Capacité à respecter les délais et les objectifs
• Solides compétences en matière d’organisation et de hiérarchisation des tâches
• Excellente connaissance d’Excel
• Expérience préalable de travail avec des cadres supérieurs dans un poste de partenaire commercial ou similaire (atout)
• Diplôme supplémentaire ou accréditation (Maîtrise, CPA, analyste financier agréé, etc.) (atout)
• Expérience préalable avec NetSuite (atout)
• Expérience préalable avec Workday Adaptive Planning (atout)
• Expérience professionnelle antérieure dans un rôle pertinent au sein d’une entreprise SaaS (atout)
