About the position
AlayaCare is seeking an experienced Project Manager to ensure the on-budget and timely delivery of implementation projects for their suite of SaaS and on-prem aged and disability care products. The Project Manager will be responsible for setting up projects for success, managing customer relationships, tracking progress, managing budgets, and identifying and managing risks. They will also provide pre-sales assistance and support the Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have PMBOK/Prince 2 Certification, at least 3 years of project management experience in software implementation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to problem solve and work both autonomously and in a team. Experience with AlayaCare or similar products is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Setting up projects for success by defining scope and success criteria and managing customer expectations
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers during implementation, building and maintaining relationships, and addressing project challenges
- Managing project scope, negotiating changes, and obtaining sign-off on change requests
- Creating project estimates and schedules, tracking progress, and managing variations to plan
- Managing projects within the defined budget and addressing any deviations
- Allocating project resources in consultation with the resource manager
- Identifying, analyzing, and managing project risks, and escalating issues as necessary
- Monitoring and reporting on project health and status to stakeholders
- Providing pre-sales assistance by drafting project plans and statements of work
- Possessing PMBOK/Prince 2 Certification and strong project management knowledge and skills
- Having at least 3 years of experience in software implementation project management
- Demonstrating strong time management, personal organization, and problem-solving skills
- Exhibiting excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, tailored to different stakeholders
- Building strong interpersonal relationships and influencing others
- Being able to work autonomously and in diverse team environments
- Being adaptable and able to quickly learn and implement process changes
- Having experience with AlayaCare, Procura, or similar products (bonus)
Requirements
- PMBOK/Prince 2 Certification
- At least 3 years' experience in project management in software implementation
