Special Projects Associate

This role is part of the BC Pioneer Programme, a community and learning & development program designed for future leaders in Blenheim Chalcot's ventures and scale-ups. The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting, strategy, or business operations, as well as a passion for technology and disruption. They should be highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and have the ability to adapt to various roles in fast-paced environments. Additionally, the candidate should possess emotional intelligence, be supportive and compassionate, and have a strong network-building capacity.

• Identify and map out key internal and external business processes
• Identify problem areas in business processes and provide effective solutions
• Support internal transformation initiatives
• Manage timelines and stakeholders for implementing new technologies
• Create value across the organization through the implementation of new technologies and processes

• Minimum 2 years' experience working in consulting, strategy or business operations
• Minimum 2.1 undergraduate degree (in any discipline)
• Extremely organised and able to project manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• A passion for technology and disruption, with experience in or ambitions to build your own venture in the future
• Emotional intelligence and be compassionate and supportive in nature
• Give evidence of the ability to be a self-starter and be able to adapt to multiple roles in a variety of high-pace environments
• A passion for building your network and capacity to work well with colleagues and stakeholders at C-suite and executive levels
