Senior Technical Program Manager

PagerDuty is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive large scale programs and projects to success. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving ability, and is passionate about managing large scale programs and projects. As a TPM, you will be responsible for identifying stakeholders, driving roadmaps and strategies, leading delivery, and ensuring quality. This is an exciting opportunity to work with multiple teams in different domains and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Lead program planning, milestone and success criteria definition, resource allocation

Create, track, and drive critical path, flagging and managing risks, dependencies and decisions that affect the program

Management of program spend, capitalization, and tax credit reporting

Creation and distribution of impactful automated reporting

Periodically support Portugal based planning and project management in partnership with the General Manager and cross functional leaders

Build relationships with colleagues in Portugal and North America to help bridge gaps

Have prior experience working alongside or driving a large Enterprise IT initiative

Have successfully managed multi-team dependency and risk identification and resolution with competing priorities

Experience in Financial Systems and Sox compliance

Jira + confluence power user

Have a deep understanding of agile principles and how to apply them effectively

Experience in DevOps and digital/cloud operations

Experience with driving global go-to-market planning and execution

• 6+ years of technical program management experience in matrixed software development organizations
• Prior experience working alongside or driving a large Enterprise IT initiative
• Successfully managed multi-team dependency and risk identification and resolution with competing priorities
