The job overview for this role is that At-Bay is seeking an experienced cybersecurity Account Executive to join their Security team. The Account Executive will be responsible for owning the sales cycle from lead to close for technical buyers looking for a managed detection and response solution. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in building successful go-to-market sales motions and pipeline at an early-stage startup, experience selling endpoint protection/MDR/xDR solutions, and familiarity with Product Led Growth (PLG). The main responsibilities include developing and executing strategic Go-To-Market & Sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic Go-To-Market & Sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Manage the sales process from lead to close for technical buyers seeking a managed detection and response solution for SMBs
- Build successful go-to-market sales motions and pipeline at an early-stage startup
- Sell endpoint protection / MDR / xDR solutions
- Familiarity with Product Led Growth (PLG)

- Experience selling in the commercial space is a plus
- Start-up experience is a strong plus
- Strong preference for work location in San Francisco or Mountain View, California
- Nationwide work location within the USA
