About the position
As a Senior Risk Analyst on the Risk Analytics team at At-Bay, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the company's risk assessment framework and data-driven decision-making process. This multidisciplinary role requires a deep understanding of cyber and tech knowledge, business acumen, research, and analytical skills. You will have the opportunity to work closely with talented team members in modeling, risk analytics, decision engine, insurance, and tech product. Additionally, you will be responsible for independently navigating through databases and dashboards, translating data insights into recommendations, and collaborating with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for business growth and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Work under the risk function with talented team members in modeling, risk analytics, decision engine, insurance, and tech product
- Report to the Risk Analytics Lead
- Contribute to At-Bay's risk assessment framework
- Develop deep cyber and tech knowledge, business acumen, research, and analytical skills
- Handle in-house submission, quotes, and binds
- Understand how each risk decision impacts the business
- Understand how Risk, Cyber Research, Security Services, and other teams operate at At-Bay
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities
- Understand the Cyber insurance market and associated exposures and risks
- Define, track, and monitor metrics and trends through quantitative analysis, tools, and models
- Navigate through databases and dashboards/reports independently
- Translate data insights into recommendations and automated actions for business growth and engagement
- Perform segment level valuations to optimize segment level policies
- Partner with the Cyber Research team to identify emerging vulnerabilities
