About the position
As a People Partner at Accurx, you will play a crucial role in supporting the people team operations and initiatives, while also providing strategic people support and advisory to the leadership. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective employment policies, processes, and systems, with a focus on creating consistent and seamless employee experiences. Additionally, you will lead the development of team objectives and priorities to align with the company's strategy. This role is ideal for someone passionate about employee experience and excited about nurturing the culture of a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the people team operations and initiatives
- Provide strategic people support and advisory to leadership
- Develop and implement effective and scalable employment policies, processes, systems, and ways of working
- Create consistent and seamless employee experiences that support a safe and inclusive working environment
- Manage employment relations cases and coach and support other team members in managing less complex cases
- Develop and deliver people initiatives that support business strategies
- Lead the development of team objectives and priorities
- Ensure all people policies are consistent, written in the Accurx tone of voice, align with Accurx's culture, and comply with UK legislation
- Continuously improve and execute all people processes
- Ensure utilization and data integrity of all people systems
- Ensure systems and processes are scalable, efficient, and deliver a seamless employee experience
- Act as an escalation point for the people team and provide advice on policy interpretation
- Partner with managers and leaders to analyze engagement results and design and execute action plans
- Be the go-to expert for complex employment relations queries and proactively upskill the organization in this area
- Develop and implement people projects and plans that drive high performance and support business strategy and goals
- Coach and mentor other team members to support their development and progression
- Manage employment relations cases and apply UK Law
- Utilize data to inform decision making and planning, and improve systems and processes
- Have experience within a fast-growth, digital, or technology company
- Deliver a seamless employee experience and prioritize user satisfaction
- Build trust and rapport quickly
Requirements
- Experience developing and implementing people projects and plans that drive high performance and support business strategy and goals
- Experience coaching and mentoring team members for their development and progression
- Previous experience managing employment relations cases and applying UK Law
- Confidence in utilizing data for decision making and planning, and improving systems and processes
- Experience in a fast-growth, digital, or technology company, including start-ups and large global businesses
- Commitment to delivering a seamless employee experience and prioritizing user needs
- Ability to quickly build trust and rapport
