Nutrafol Brand Ambassador - NorthPark Center

Nutrafol is seeking part-time brand ambassadors to represent the company in key retail markets across the U.S. The successful candidate will have experience with Sephora, a can-do approach to customer service and sales, and be driven to achieve their goals. Reporting to the Regional Retail Sales Manager, each ambassador will be responsible for determining customer needs, achieving personal retail sales goals, educating beauty advisors on the Nutrafol brand, maintaining cleanliness and organization, attracting new customers, and providing exceptional service. The role requires reliability, punctuality, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment, and a flexible schedule.

• Determine customer needs and assist in finding appropriate Nutrafol products
• Achieve personal retail sales goals
• Inspire and educate beauty advisors on the Nutrafol brand and products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned area
• Attract new Nutrafol customers and provide exceptional service
• Display client-centric selling skills with a drive for results with integrity

• 2+ years of Sephora experience
• Be reliable, dependable, and punctual
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional nights and weekends
