Senior Associate IT Support Engineer

Nutrafol is seeking an IT Support Engineer (Senior Associate) to join their team. The role involves providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting IT-related issues, setting up computers and accounts for new employees, managing access to various systems, and ensuring the organization's tech platforms run efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a mixed Mac and PC environment, be proficient in configuring and troubleshooting devices, and have excellent communication skills.

• Respond to employee issues and tech support requests
• Help employees troubleshoot IT-related problems spanning AV, computer software, mobile devices, network connectivity, G-suite, and more
• Provide assistance with onboarding of new employees; i.e. setting up computers, accounts, and access to various systems
• Control access to various cloud-based solutions and assist in the procurement of new systems to improve employee satisfaction and efficiency
• Provide oversight and maintenance on tools and systems access and licensing, enforcing standard security principles as defined by the company
• Manage internet/network, virtual or in-person AV, and other systems to keep the organization's tech platforms and communications tools running efficiently
• Procure and manage computers, monitors, and peripheral equipment for all employees and manage efficient reuse of older equipment
• Manage the IT needs and cybersecurity risks for a fully remote workforce across the U.S., while assisting the IT Manager and tech team in iterating on processes and systems, and managing updates as needed

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Software, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and IT support experience
• 2+ years experience working in a mixed Mac & PC environment, with experience setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting both families of devices
• Experience managing iOS and Android devices
• Excellent oral communication and writing skills
