About the position
Nutrafol is seeking a Manager of Customer Data Platform Operations who will be responsible for advising stakeholders on customer data strategy and handling data configurations. The role requires deep knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes, as well as the ability to drive successful architectural designs for customers' data and marketing domains. The Manager will work cross-functionally with internal marketing channels and agency partners to enhance audience targeting and segmentation, with the objective of driving store/site visits and increasing sales. The role also involves managing all aspects of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to support Nutrafol's marketing and customer experiences, defining data schemas and abstractions, transforming data sets for personalized customer experiences, and maintaining audience data quality.
Responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in science, statistics, mathematics and/or Data Analysis Certification
- 4+ years progressive marketing analytics, audience management, acquisition marketing and/or retention marketing experience with proficiency in CDP/CRM technology
- High level of experience with customer data platforms
- Ability to translate marketing use cases and business requirements into CDP data sets, schemas and platform configurations to deliver business outcomes
- Familiarity with digital audience targeting capabilities
- Proficiency in audience related technologies, including CDP, Segment, Iterable, Vidora
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal marketing channels and agency partners
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes
- Ability to define data schemas and data abstractions for multiple customer profile types within the CDP
- Experience transforming large and disparate data sets to create highly targeted customer audiences
- Proficient in developing queries for complex customer segments
- Ability to manage processes to maintain and improve audience data quality and technology usage
- Experience in daily activation and maintenance of target audiences across acquisition and/or retention marketing channels
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams to create and drive the roadmap of Customer Data Platform
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
