Growth Marketing Analytics & Insights , Senior Manager

As the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing Analytics & Insights at Nutrafol, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing strategy through data analysis. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end analysis of marketing campaigns, developing measurement strategies, and providing insightful recommendations to senior leadership. Your expertise in marketing channels, KPIs, and analytics will be essential in understanding the effectiveness of different campaigns and driving continual improvements. • Manage end-to-end analysis of marketing campaigns
• Develop measurement strategy and build reporting to communicate results
• Partner with the team to deliver analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations
• Create and present sophisticated analysis to senior leadership
• Measure impact of performance marketing campaigns and build reports and visualizations
• Partner with Growth Team to build experimental design for campaign incrementality
• Collaborate with the marketing team to establish test and learn strategy
• Identify gaps and opportunities for marketing teams to automate processes and use data to drive revenue
• Perform deep dive analysis to understand drivers of marketing performance and generate insights
• Monitor business KPIs and explain deviations from norm
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, or similar discipline
• 5+ years experience extracting insights from data
• Experience in a retail/eCommerce environment, preferably in a DTC or lean/high-growth startup
• Strong understanding of marketing channels, KPIs, and attribution methods
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries
• Fluent in discussing key marketing KPIs (CPA/CAC, AOV, CVR, LTV, etc)

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics or similar discipline
• 5+ years experience extracting insights from data to inform decision-making
• Experience working in a retail/eCommerce environment; prior experience in a DTC, subscription-based, or lean/high-growth startup environment is a plus
• A strong understanding of differences between marketing channels, KPIs, and attribution methods
• Confident writing complex SQL queries, and habitually vet your work
• Fluent in discussing key marketing KPIs (CPA/CAC, AOV, CVR, LTV, etc)
