Junior HR Generalist (m/f/x)

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our People & Culture Team and play a key role in shaping employee experiences at our company. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for onboarding individuals, managing the relocation process, driving strategic HR projects, and supporting HR Business Partners. To be successful in this role, you should have a positive and friendly personality, exceptional communication skills, and 1-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. • Own and manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Manage the relocation process for newcomers and maintain a relationship with the relocation agency
• Drive strategic HR projects related to learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee wellbeing
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners on strategic HR topics and projects
• Support the Payroll Specialist in processing national and international payroll, as well as administrative and contractual tasks
• Have a positive and friendly personality and work well with people
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizing skills
• Be reliable, detail-oriented, and have a highly structured working style
• Desire to improve processes and have a hands-on attitude
• Have 1-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or related fields
• Hold a degree with a focus in Human Resources or a related field
