Validation Engineer for Embedded Systems (m/f/x)

We are seeking a Validation Engineer for Embedded Systems to join our cross-functional research and development efforts at KONUX. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing industrial-grade IoT sensing technologies and embedded systems for our AI applications. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products through automated quality gates and hardware-in-the-loop test campaigns. You will also collaborate with other disciplines and drive the implementation of various tests.

• Own, develop, and execute automated quality gates and hardware-in-the-loop test campaigns to ensure the quality of products and support continuous integration efforts
• Identify weaknesses in the team's work, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions
• Review, integrate, and validate multiple technical domain's design decisions impacting a product during research and new hardware development efforts
• Drive the implementation of unit tests, integration tests, and system tests in collaboration with the product manager and engineers
• Contribute to the development of a best-in-class scalable validation and verification infrastructure

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in embedded systems QA engineering
• Knowledge of automated quality gates and hardware-in-the-loop test campaigns
• Ability to identify weaknesses in team's work and recommend corrective actions
• Cross-functional knowledge and critical thinking for reviewing, integrating, and validating multiple technical domain's design decisions
• Experience in implementing unit tests, integration tests, and system tests
• Familiarity with validation and verification infrastructure
• Strong collaboration skills with other disciplines such as electronics design and firmware development
