Lead Frontend Developer (m/f/x)

We are seeking a Lead Frontend Developer to join our team at KONUX. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of frontend engineers, as well as defining standards and improving our infrastructure across product lines. You will also be involved in designing and implementing user-facing features for our railway product in a cross-functional team of engineers. To be successful, you should have experience in JavaScript-based web application development, particularly with ReactJS and Redux, as well as experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.

• Lead and develop a team of frontend engineers
• Help the team grow and improve their skills
• Lead the Frontend guild and define standards
• Improve infrastructure across product lines
• Design and implement user-facing features for the railway product
• Assess technical feasibility and scalable implementation strategies for UX & UI designs
• Provide feedback to designers and Product team
• Ensure a state-of-the-art frontend stack with clean, performant, and scalable code base
• Have 5+ years experience in JavaScript based web application development
• Have 3 years of practical experience using ReactJS and Redux
• Lead, coach, and mentor high-performance technical teams
• Design and manage large frontend applications or products
• Work in a cross-functional team of engineers with different expertise
• Have experience with TypeScript, CSS/Sass, HTML5, NodeJS, cloud technologies (AWS), and developer toolchains
• Have experience with Testing Libraries (React & Cypress)
• Have experience with GIT version control, continuous integration (Jenkins), and delivery tools (BitBuckets)
• Have a deep understanding of object-oriented programming and browser technologies
• Work collaboratively using agile methodologies

• 5+ years experience in JavaScript based, enterprise-grade web application development, and 3 years of practical experience using ReactJS and Redux
• Experience in leading, coaching and mentoring high-performance technical teams in a business context
• Experience designing and managing large frontend applications or products (eg monorepos, micro-frontends architecture)
• Experience working in a cross-functional team of engineers with a wide variety of expertise
• Experience with TypeScript, CSS/Sass, HTML5, NodeJS, cloud technologies (AWS) and developer toolchains
• Experience with Testing Libraries (React & Cypress)
• Experience with GIT version control in a production environment, with continuous integration (Jenkins) and delivery tools (BitBuckets)
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and browser technologies
• Ability to work collaboratively using agile methodologies
