About the position
This role is responsible for providing HR support to the new talent hub at CASETiFY, a leading global lifestyle brand specializing in customizable tech accessories. The main focus of the position is to ensure that the talent hub has the necessary support to achieve broader business and departmental goals. This includes tasks such as capability building, organizational design, change management, communications, HR framework execution, policy advice, and capturing and sharing departmental intelligence with the Human Resources Department’s Centres of Excellence.
Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of human resources functions including recruiting, selecting, orienting, coaching, counseling and disciplining staff
- Liaise with internal and external parties for recruitment activities and identify effective recruitment channels
- Manage office administrative support such as procurement of office supplies, office renovation, maintenance and arrange various entertainment for the company
- Communicate with all suppliers, such as telephone, internet, medical insurance, etc
- Responsible for formulating and improving various administrative systems and processes, and responsible for promoting implementation
- Work closely with business partners and management teams for capability building, organizational design, change management, communications, HR framework execution, policy advice and adherence

- Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related disciplines
- 5+ years of relevant working experience
- Well-versed in China Employment Ordinance and other statutory requirements
- Good communications & interpersonal skills
- Responsible, self-motivated, proactive, good team player, and detail-minded
- Able to handle multi-tasks and meet deadlines
- Mature, flexible, and independent with a high level of proactiveness
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
