Finance Manager - Taiwan

The Taiwan Finance Manager at CASETiFY is responsible for various financial tasks including financial reporting, budgeting, expense management, cash management, and tax filing. They will also be in charge of reconciling retail shop sales, bookkeeping, job costing accounting, and stock take. Additionally, the Finance Manager will establish standard operating procedures and collaborate with the Hong Kong Headquarter Finance team for financial reporting and intercompany transactions.

• Liaise with Taiwan Retail store team to reconcile the daily retail shop sales and payment received
• Bookkeeping, prepare P/L, B/S, Cashflow statement for local entity, arrange payments and cash flow management and ensure proper job costing accounting, and ensure timely payment.
• Manage all local tax filing and issues
• Establish relevant local standard operations procedures
• Inventory and cost control and perform regular stock take
• Prepare monthly / quarterly/ yearly financial statements and liaise with Hong Kong Headquarter Finance team for financial reporting and intercompany transactions.

• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Knowledge of expense management and cash management
• Familiarity with taxes and tax filing
• Ability to establish standard operating procedures
• Proficiency in inventory and cost control
• Strong bookkeeping skills
• Excellent communication and liaison abilities with retail store team and headquarters finance team

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Mature, independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Experience in ERP system implementation is a plus
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Attention to detail and focus in work
• Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and creative/innovative thought processing skills
• Excellent Excel skills, knowledge in Netsuite is a plus
• Proficient in spoken and written Taiwan and English
