Assistant Digital Project Manager (1 year contract)

The job overview for this role is to oversee technical projects, collaborate with external clients and stakeholders, and solve any off-site technical issues. The main focus is on achieving sales growth by maintaining existing business and expanding the client portfolio. Additionally, the role involves ensuring project deliverables are well qualified and tested, managing project dependencies and risks, and ensuring compliance with quality, security, and business needs.

• Responsible for overall project management to ensure projects are delivered on-time and per scope to achieve business goals
• Liaise with both internal resources and 3rd party vendors for smooth delivery of projects
• Manage project dependencies, changes and risks across multiple work streams for system implementation projects
• Ensure project deliverables are well qualified and tested according to the project objectives and requirements
• Liaise with users to define business requirements. Transform them to functional specifications, UAT plan and training materials with quality
• Ensure the standards of quality, compliance and security, and the deliverables are successfully delivered on time, within budget and meet business needs
• Work closely with the digital product teammates to manage project priorities, progress & executions in digit

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and spoken Chinese
• Certification in Project Management (advantageous)
