About the position
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who is entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate about driving growth through paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various ad channels, including Google ads, Facebook, Instagram, and more. They will be responsible for optimizing ad performance, analyzing user data, and providing strategic insights to drive results. This role requires a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute performance marketing and content strategies.
Responsibilities
- Ideate, test, iterate, and optimize growth through paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations across paid ad channels
- Manage and optimize ROAS/ROI for Google ads on a daily basis
- Set up, review, and optimize ad performance daily, and provide advice to the content and creative teams to maximize content strategy
- Develop and coordinate AD creative tests and support the performance ad team in analyzing results and scaling creative strategy
- Collaborate with country marketing teams to develop and execute holistic performance marketing and content strategies
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Google Adwords, SEO, SEM, YouTube, Tiktok, Linkedin, and EDM
- Track weekly/monthly/quarterly channel KPI targets and prepare analysis and performance reports
- Analyze user data to provide strategic, actionable insights
- Hands-on experience working in a fast-paced direct marketing environment
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communication or related discipline
- Experience in growth marketing, paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations
- Strong knowledge and experience in Google ads, Facebook, Instagram, Google Adwords, SEO, SEM, YouTube, Tiktok, Linkedin, and EDM
- Ability to optimize ROAS/ROI for Google ads and track channel KPI targets
- Experience in developing and executing performance marketing and content strategies
- Analytical skills to analyze user data and provide strategic insights
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced direct marketing environment
- Detail-oriented and able to identify areas of opportunity for increased efficiencies and effectiveness
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team
- Ability to handle ad-hoc tasks and reports
