Marketing Associate - Korea (based in Hong Kong)

Casetify is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate/Marketing Associate to join their team and support the rapid expansion of the Korean market. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, creative, and detail-oriented. They will be responsible for leading and developing an influencer/celebrity network to fuel EMV (Earned Media Value) through their own voice, as well as planning, executing, and reporting on paid content strategies. The focus will be on maximizing brand love and reach through a high-ROI media model. This role requires someone who can identify areas of opportunity and create procedures to increase efficiencies and scalability.

• Assist the Manager in all matters regarding marketing
• Lead, develop and retain existing and new influencer/celebrity network for paid content executions and strategies in aims to fuel EMV through their own voice
• Plan, execute and report paid contents in timely manner fine-tuning content guidelines fitting to product, campaign, and brand direction
• Ensure contents are made to maximize brand love and reach via high-ROI media model which consists of analyzing and optimizing content structure, target demographics, and persona data
