About the position
CASETiFY is seeking a Head of Retail to drive offline sales growth and oversee the global retail store operations. Reporting to the CEO, the role involves developing a strategic store expansion plan, creating store tiering structures, and implementing a global retail standard operating procedure. The Head of Retail will collaborate with country teams to build local retail competencies, manage inventory replenishment, and lead the store design team. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing store P&L, revenue forecasts, and team development. This position plays a crucial role in CASETiFY's goal of achieving significant growth in the next five years.
Responsibilities
- Strategize and develop a 3-year global store expansion plan by country
- Map out store opening pipeline with country teams, supported by profitability analysis
- Ensure retail presence aligns with brand image and target community
- Build store tiering structures and strategies
- Develop a global retail standard operating procedure (SOP) and implement it at the country level for new store openings and daily operations
- Create an offline commercial calendar with VM execution aligned with the global marketing calendar
- Collaborate with country teams and HR to build local retail competencies and establish the right structure
- Participate in recruitments for retail positions
- Coordinate with production and logistics team to manage inventory replenishment and allocations at store level
- Lead store design team to develop a model-store concept and guideline with a standardized VM display system across different store sizes
- Manage monthly store P&L, revenue forecasts, operating expenses, sales analysis data, operating reports, and KPI setting
- Responsible for team building, coaching, training, and development
