About the position
As a Sales Trader, you will be responsible for working with clients of various sizes and industries, building and managing your own portfolio. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential in gaining the trust of your clients. You will actively seek out leads and engage in extensive cold calling to break down barriers and stand out. Collaboration with colleagues will be key in closing deals, as you will benefit from their unique skills and clients. This role requires a young and ambitious professional with a background in finance or sales, who is self-motivated, eager to learn, and not afraid to take risks.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and grow a portfolio of clients in various industries
- Use strong interpersonal and communication skills to gain clients' trust
- Find leads and engage in extensive cold calling to break down barriers and stand out to clients
- Collaborate with colleagues to close deals and leverage collective knowledge, experience, and network
- Have an affinity with finance or sales and preferably some experience in these areas
- Be a self-motivated and resilient professional who welcomes constructive criticism and is not afraid to fail and try again
- Be a native English speaker and preferably hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
Requirements
- Native speakers of English
- Bachelor's/Master's graduate, preferably in Business, Economics or Finance
- Experience or affinity with finance or sales
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Stellar communication skills
