Advertising Specialist

We are seeking an Advertising Specialist to join our team responsible for implementing ACT's marketing strategy across multiple global offices. Collaborating closely with our digital marketer, product marketers, copywriters, and designers, you will be involved in every stage of the campaign process, from idea generation to execution. Your main responsibilities will include devising and coordinating the implementation of campaigns, evaluating their performance, and making adjustments based on market-specific insights. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to shape the position based on your skills, experience, and the effectiveness of the campaigns.

• Translate sales objectives into clear KPIs and campaign objectives
• Set up (online) content flows and improve existing content and data-driven campaigns through testing and learning from customer behavior, insights, and feedback within time and budget
• Implement advertising strategies and optimize campaigns based on sound data analysis
• Analyze the online search behavior of the target group and provide professional advice to customers based on reports

• Experience in implementing and optimizing omni-channel advertising campaigns
• Ability to collaborate with digital marketers, product marketers, copywriters, and designers
• Proficiency in setting clear KPIs and campaign objectives
• Knowledge of content flows and improving data-driven campaigns
• Strong data analysis skills for optimizing advertising strategies
• Understanding of online search behavior and ability to provide professional advice based on reports
