About the position
As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing your own portfolio of clients. This role involves a significant amount of business development and relationship management, as you will work with both new and existing clients to provide sustainable solutions for their various sustainability challenges. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, consulting and educating them on different sustainability solutions. Additionally, you will develop sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and enhance the existing customer portfolio through frequent follow-ups and maintaining good rapport with customers.
Responsibilities
- Act as the key contact point for clients to consult and educate clients on different sustainability solutions.
- Develop sales strategies by conducting market profiling to identify potential market for various environmental products.
- Explore and identify new business opportunities through various channels/methods.
- Enhance existing customers portfolio by understanding customers business cycle, perform frequent follow ups and maintaining good rapport with customers.
- Facilitate negotiation of sale agreements within limits.
Requirements
- Experience in business development and relationship management
- Knowledge of sustainability solutions and environmental products
- Ability to consult and educate clients on sustainability solutions
- Proficiency in conducting market profiling and identifying potential markets
- Strong skills in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Understanding of customers' business cycles and ability to maintain good rapport with customers
