About the position
The job overview for the Employee Referral Program Coordinator role is to provide support and program management for Nvidia, a global leader in computer graphics and accelerated computing. This is a W-2 full-time contract position based in Santa Clara, CA with remote options. The main responsibilities include managing referral bonus payments, responding to employee inquiries, processing referral submissions, and providing ongoing reporting on program results. The coordinator will also partner with recruiters and cross-functional teams to support referral events, promotions, and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage referral bonus payments
- Respond to employee inquiries
- Process referral submissions
- Provide ongoing reporting on program results
- Partner with recruiters and cross-functional teams to support referral events, promotions, and special projects
- Provide a white-glove service to all referral candidate applications
- Follow up on status and disposition of applications
- Validate qualified referrals and execute global monthly referral payout process
- Provide timely response to employee and recruiter questions
- Manage the resolution of escalated issues
- Adjudicate referral disputes related to referral guidelines and/or eligibility
- Support recruiters and program manager with the execution of referral events and promotions
- Partner cross-functionally to support the redesign of the referral program
- Provide regular reporting of employee referrals activity and results
- Verify submission data and check for duplicate records
- Resolve data issues
Requirements
- Experience in program management or coordination
- Knowledge of employee referral programs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle and resolve escalated issues
- Familiarity with referral guidelines and eligibility criteria
- Experience in event planning and promotion
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in data verification and issue resolution
