Ford Manufacturing Recruiter / High Volume

• Create and run large-scale hiring events for skill trades to management-level positions
• Conduct community outreach to create opportunities and improve people's lives
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs and align job descriptions with target candidate profiles
• Reach out to passive candidates and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Screen candidates for suitability for current and future positions
• Develop strategies for effectively hiring in remote locations
• Manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity
• Establish and maintain relationships with management and key stakeholders
• Source and recruit both salaried and hourly candidates in a manufacturing environment
• Possess strong communication skills and take charge of situations
• Conduct research on market trends and domain technology to understand the business
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting.

• Experience with creative sourcing of Salaried and Hourly candidates in a Manufacturing environment
• Great communication skills, articulate and ready to take charge of the situation
• Ability to dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile; researching market trends and domain technology and seeking out information to have a solid understanding of the business
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting
