About the position
We are seeking an Account Manager (Corporate) to join our team in Klang Valley. The successful candidate will manage and expand relationships with existing MNCs/corporate companies/SMEs, while proactively identifying new business opportunities. They will be responsible for maintaining and growing revenue for each account assigned to them, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with foodpanda's operational standards. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a client management role, outstanding knowledge of MS Office and CRM software, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with existing MNCs/corporate companies/SMEs large and small and proactively identify further new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow the revenue of each account assigned to you
- Be both data-sensitive and sales-minded
- Monitor each account’s performance metrics and ensure compliance with foodpanda’s operational standards
- Work with internal support functions to ensure that every transaction that goes live on the platform meets quality standards
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda business model and the online food ordering market
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience within a client management role preferable
- Proven B2B account management experience would be an advantage, preferably within the areas of major corporates in the banking, e commerce, oil and gas, construction
- Able to multi-task
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, CRM Software
- Knowledge in Salesforce is a plus
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
