This job overview is for the position of Business Development Representative at Mirakl, specifically focused on Target2Sell. The role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with leadership level contacts in medium-large sized companies to uncover opportunities for deploying Mirakl Target2Sell's platform. The representative will work creatively to engage new opportunities, support marketing campaigns, and prospect within industries where Mirakl Target2Sell is strong. They will also be responsible for managing inbound requests and consistently hitting targets.
Responsibilities
- Work entrepreneurially and creatively to find and engage new opportunities within US companies where the Mirakl Target2Sell offering can have an impact
- Be the critical link between the Marketing and Sales teams, supporting campaigns and creating engagement with prospects for touch-points such as events and webinars
- Take their territory and build a structured approach to prospecting that focuses on the industries that Mirakl Target2Sell are strong in
- Make the complex seem simple. Mirakl Target2Sell is as much about selling a strategy as it is about software
- Get out there and talk to people. Whether it be jumping on the phone and calling a prospect or approaching them at an event, your ability to put yourself in front of someone will be critical to your success
- Manage inbound requests from companies interested in Mirakl services and cultivating those requests to create new opportunities. Often times you are the first person from Mirakl our customers will speak to
- Consistently hit targets
Requirements
- Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with leadership level contacts within medium-large sized companies
- Uncover opportunities to deploy Mirakl Target2Sell's platform and gain deeper market insight
- Work entrepreneurially and creatively to find and engage new opportunities within US companies
- Support campaigns and create engagement with prospects for events and webinars
- Build a structured approach to prospecting in industries where Mirakl Target2Sell is strong
- Sell the strategy of Mirakl Target2Sell as much as the software itself
- Proactively reach out to prospects through phone calls and events
- Manage inbound requests from companies interested in Mirakl services and cultivate those requests into new opportunities
- Consistently meet targets
