Business Developer - Mirakl Ads

Mirakl is seeking a Business Developer to be based in their Paris office. The Business Developer will play an active role in the company's growth and support the swift adoption of their retail media solution, Mirakl Ads. The main responsibilities of the role include defining growth strategies, leading business development operations, negotiating with advertisers, supporting and training them in creating advertising campaigns, and monitoring the performance of key advertisers. This is an opportunity to contribute to Mirakl's retail media activities and drive the success of their marketplace platform.

• Defining growth strategy with Mirakl Marketplace operators business owners (targets, propositions, action plans) aiming to maximize both the volume of active players and the value invested in advertising solutions
• Leading business development operations though appropriate offers and acquisition channels (1to1, 1tomany)
• Negotiating and convincing advertisers to rapidly start on the platform
• Supporting and training them to create advertising campaigns and to optimize them trough available product features and data based recommendations
• Monitoring both operator ads income evolution and performance of key advertisers

• Experience in business development and account management
• Ability to define growth strategies and action plans
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Knowledge of advertising solutions and campaign optimization
