About the position
The Business Development Manager at DonorsChoose is a key fundraiser on the Business Development team. They will be responsible for contributing to the revenue goal by fundraising from a portfolio of partners, writing compelling emails, and preparing for partner meetings. They will also learn to run calls with prospective partners and work with a sales coach to learn sales concepts. Additionally, they will play a key role in addressing racial inequity in education through partnerships.

- At least three years of experience in direct fundraising, business development, or sales

- Compensation range: $66,000 - $77,000 (higher range for specific locations)
