About the position
The Account Manager role at Similarweb is crucial for retaining and expanding relationships with existing customers of the Market Intelligence solution. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customers derive maximum value from the platform and data, increasing user engagement, and identifying upsell opportunities. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, strong understanding of the digital marketing space, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and senior management. Working with renowned brands, the Account Managers in the Enterprise team have the opportunity to become trusted advisors and implement strategies for long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Managing and developing long-term partnerships with some of the world's biggest brands
- Working closely with customers to increase product adoption and engagement
- Identifying opportunities for upsells and increasing the lifetime value of customers
- Ensuring customers are getting the most value from the product and reaching their business goals and KPIs
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales or account management in customer-facing roles
- Demonstrated success running consultative sales processes in complex Enterprise organizations
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing space and trends
- Able to identify value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Strong presentation skills; feels confident presenting in front of senior management of prospective organizations
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and business partners
