About the position
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to establish a robust sales pipeline by proactively reaching out to potential clients. This role is crucial in identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities, which will then be handed over to Sales Managers for further nurturing and closing. As an SDR, you will play a vital role in maintaining the health of our sales funnel and driving our new business efforts. Additionally, this position serves as a talent pipeline for future sales roles within the organization.

- Maximum target OTE of up to $104,500 (depending on employment terms and achievement of targets)
- Individual compensation based on qualifications and relevant experience
- Base salary range for New York City metro area: $49,280 to $73,150 (may vary for candidates in other locations)
