Business Development Representative

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to establish a robust sales pipeline by proactively reaching out to potential clients. This role is crucial in identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities, which will then be handed over to Sales Managers for further nurturing and closing. As an SDR, you will play a vital role in maintaining the health of our sales funnel and driving our new business efforts. Additionally, this position serves as a talent pipeline for future sales roles within the organization.

Conducting sales development best practices with cold calling, email, voicemails, and social media using enablement technology to connect with new prospects.

Utilizing prospecting and research tools to qualify accounts and create meeting opportunities with ideal personas.

Strategizing with team members to innovate and improve the overall sales development process.

Staying up to date with industry trends/market conditions to be expert in the industries you support.

Participate in weekly team training in order to continuously improve and upskill as an SDR.

For advanced SDR/BDR candidates, there may be an opportunity to be a ‘closer’ on some of the smaller deals that you generate the original meeting for.

• Maximum target OTE of up to $104,500 (depending on employment terms and achievement of targets)
• Individual compensation based on qualifications and relevant experience
• Base salary range for New York City metro area: $49,280 to $73,150 (may vary for candidates in other locations)
