About The Position

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage orders and requests from multiple vendors
• Proficient in inventory management software, MS Office, and navigating manufacturer portals
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical agility test and a criminal background check

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in fire or automotive preferred
• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and order specialized parts for various fire apparatus (pumpers, aerials, rescues) from multiple manufacturers.
• Maintain an organized warehouse, perform cycle counts, and manage stock levels to ensure high-demand items are always available.
• Utilize digital parts manuals and schematics to assist customers and internal technicians in identifying the correct components for complex repairs.
• Process incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy/damage, and manage outgoing deliveries to departments and field service sites.
• Provide timely quotes, process invoices, and manage warranty returns with a focus on minimizing vehicle downtime.
