About The Position

As an Automotive Service Consultant, you are the primary consultant for our guests. You aren't just writing tickets-you are managing the entire service lifecycle. Your daily focus includes owning the guest journey from initial greeting to final delivery, managing service and repair orders with attention to detail, delivering clear repair recommendations, partnering with the technical team for efficient workflow, educating customers, and upselling vital services. You will follow a proven service process to guarantee consistent, high-standard results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in Automotive Sales
  • A valid driver's license
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based environment where a portion of their compensation is tied to sales targets and KPIs
  • High energy and consistently punctual in a fast-paced shop environment
  • Demonstrate mental toughness and coachability

  • Individuals with 3+ years of experience in a high performing and/or high volume automotive repair shop.

  • Lead the front-of-house experience from the initial greeting to the final vehicle delivery with total professionalism.

  • Partner closely with our Technical Team to ensure a seamless, efficient shop workflow.
  • Utilize your expertise to educate customers and upsell vital services that ensure vehicle safety and shop profitability.
  • Follow our proven service process to guarantee consistent, high-standard results for every guest.
