About The Position

Responsibilities Develop social media campaigns across all social platforms that align with our business goals. Plan and maintain a content calendar monthly Curate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily.to drive visitation Suggest new creative features to promote brand awareness. Utilize social media marketing tools like Hootsuite and Sprout Social Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns including budgeting, targeting, optimizing, and reporting. Analyze campaign data and web traffic metrics. Identify new social media influencer and Strengthen current relationships with social media influencers. Attend property events and promotions to develop relevant content Engage with followers and customers. Resolve customer inquiries. Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to social media marketing and ensure compliance. Community Management: Monitor social channels daily, responding to comments and messages to foster positive community interaction. Qualifications Excellent oral and written communication skills 2 plus years experience in Social Media management High-energy, requiring on-site presence during evenings, weekends, and events to capture nightlife, gaming, and dining experiences. Advanced knowledge of social channels relevant to the company’s success Excellent interviewing skills Ability to work on tight deadlines. Flexibility Strong analytical skills Advanced knowledge of social media advertising platforms A minimum of three years’ experience as a writer, public relations assistant, or social media content creator required. Degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing preferred.
